The aim of the project is to encourage people to take more physical activity and to increase healthy eating through gardening and food growing activities.
Digging for Health is a 4 year project (2008-2012) that is funded by the BIG Lottery Wellbeing Fund*
Digging for Health activities are offered in Oldham, focussing on Alexandra, St Mary's, Coldhurst, St James, Werneth, Medlock Vale and Hollinwood.
