For people wanting gentle walking activities to improve their health, maybe acting on advice from their doctor or wanting to meet other people to walk with there are many gentle Health Walks from various venues across the borough such as the Lets go For a walk Scheme and the Lees Health Walks. These walks are designed to help people to reach the government recommended levels of physical activity that is 5 times 30mins on 5 or more days of the week.
